Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service) by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void.

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via email, massage and Internet downloads, we generally offer no refunds after product delivery.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Since is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent/delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site also please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.

Digital Products:

All the software’s and product activation keys are come under “DIGITAL PRODUCT” once delivered through Email, Massage and Download link after purchases completed, it cannot return back or canceled because it’s not a Physical Product which can be re-sold to other users, so “No Refund” can be claimed.

We offer digital media (like software and activation keys) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the software, there is no way to “return” it.

Under Delivery Time Frame – Mostly 12 to 72 hours (Only Official Hours Calculate/Included, 08 Hours a Day), some product delivery timeline different, depending on the Product, Product Price, and quantity. If you claimed your refund, without confirming the problem, also without concern with our Customer Care Executive (Live Chat System) team regarding your problem! Please note in that condition we are not an issue for a refund or chargeback anyway.

Email Response Time Frame:

After our support team sends to a customer respond to email if you don’t reply/respond less than 30-60 minutes you don’t qualified to next support and responds, so in this case, we are not responsible to solve your problem/issue.

Therefore, We DO Honor Requests for the Refund on the Following Reasons:

(A) Non-Delivery of The Product:

Due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us by Contact us form: CLICK HERE, within 30-60 Minutes from the order placed time, otherwise, the product will be considered received, downloaded, and used. Note – If you put wrong email address/ID at the time of checkout, then we are not responsible for product non-deliver. We never contact anyone by telephone, by billing and shipping address, for email correction, so be careful put only working/valid email address/ID for order placing, with the problem you don’t have any right or option for asking/requests for the payment refund.

(B) Product Not-As-Described:

Such issues should be reported within 10-15 minutes from the date or time of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, Add-Ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product.

We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications and links (URLs).

Requests for a refund are accepted at Contact us by Contact us form: CLICK HERE, within a period of 05-10 minutes after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund/product replacement. Please make sure your request does not contradict Windows Keys ( Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Other Policies mention on the website.
